This article is worth reading and sharing.  Nolan sadly passed away a week ago but his dreams of marrying the love of his life came true and his family and friends got to celebrate living instead of dying. 

Nolan was diagnosed at age 24 of a fast growing brain cancer.  He married his true love at age 28.
